So I work the same exact shifts as one of my coworkers. She calls out in advance atleast once every 2 weeks because either she has a hair appointment or wants to hang out with her friends. She sent me a screenshot asking our boss “Hey my friend’s having a party this Sunday. Can I get that day off?” and she got the ENTIRE shift off and doesn’t have to make it up
I asked in advanced for 2 days off since I’m traveling and my boss basically tells me no. I’ve never missed or called out in this job before
The only difference between me and this coworker is that she worked here for 2 months and I worked here for 6. We’re both the same age and have the same exact job role. What gives?
