Looking for new perspective

Hey everyone! I am totally with the anti work movement and would love to break free from it in the future. As of right now I am stuck paying bills and working a job I have to work. With that being said it’s an easy job but the staff on shift are greatly affected when someone calls in sick. The point of this post is that I agree and support this anti work movement but I feel that when I’m annoyed or frustrated about the same 2 staff calling in sick on a consistent basis (5 weekends in a row on one occasion) that I am being hypocritical for feeling they should be at work because it is unfair to the rest of the staff. We are a small team of 8 so it is the same people calling in and the same picking up the slack. Would really love…
