I got a job offer at an insanely low pay. No base wage and for a 30 minute personal training session I would only make 9 dollars. There is no guarantee I would have consistent clients so I could have only 2 or 3 clients in a day or less. On top of that I would have to make the training plans on my own time. This comes out to way less than min wage. I am going to go to the 2nd interview just to demand higher pay, and if they don't go for it roast them and walk out. What should I say?
