My wife might be getting a “random drug test” that may actually be a 90 day drug test advertised as random. Is that legal?

More information: we live in Oklahoma. We have medical cards, but my wife works in a safety sensitive position because she has the authority to drive a company bus seldomly. It’s a women’s advocacy job, she helps struggling women get help as opposed to going to jail.
