This may be the wrong sub reddit, but JFC I need to get this off my chest.I am so sick and tired of the “customer is always right” mentality that has been so prevalent, so toxic to customer/client facing employees. No, you most certainly are *not* fucking right about “hidden” stock, you do not get a Veruca Salt moment of immediate gratification. You are an adult. You called a professional that deals with these processes day in, day out. These are processes that are put into place by people way above my pay grade. You do not like it and will take your business elsewhere? That's fine. Do so, and let's just fucking see how far you get with that attitude. There are people you can be sweet as peach pie with and they will *still* bring their shit to the table.
Added fun fact: Anyone who prefaces a pronouncement with “I don't want to sound like a dick” will 100% of the time sound like a dick. And they will mean it, too.
