So right now I’m a licensed investment adviser, stock broker, life and Health insurance agent and property and casualty agent working in the office underneath another agent. I I have been here for two and a half years now with 4 years experience in the industry. About one year ago our secretary moved to another job and my boss hired another secretary. After a while I found out this new secretary was making 15 dollars an hour while I was making 12 plus commission. She also only holds a property and casualty license. Once I found this out i completely stopped doing anything to help her out. I do absolutely nothing to help her. At the end of the day I was a top producer and with commission last year I brought home 26,500 dollars. I never received a single raise since I have been here and had to pay for all of the fees to buy study materials to get my stock brokers license and was never reimbursed, I’m completely fed up. After a while my boss got mad and had the nerve to say he felt like he was being used….no IM BEING USED. So sorry rant over but this is the type of situations people can’t be put in and for anyone reading this if you find yourself in a situation like this make sure you fight back like hell.
