USA: I've seeing posts about hourly workers who quit after they received a paycheck. I just want to let you know that this is usually not your last paycheck. Businesses have pay periods and your check comes after it ends.
Everywhere I've worked hourly has paid ever other friday. Their pay periods are generally sunday through sunday and ends saturday and then the friday following that sunday is your pay check for that pay period.

I'm not sure how clear this is but i want to make sure everyone knows to find out their pay period timeframe and that they get paid for it.
