Mistakingly Paid OT- do I have to pay it back?

As the title says… I’m a salaried 40hr/week employee. I also work another position (per diem) with the same company (about 30 hrs/week). I’m not eligible for overtime pay but was mistakenly paid OT for two checks in April. HR just realized this and wants me to pay it back. Do I, legally, have to?
