The Headline “'Company X' now has a 4 Days week” What those guys mean with their Life/work balance company guidelines is: Work 4 Days for 10 Hours, get 3 free days. That is not a 4 Days week! I doubt you can stay productive 8 hours straight, let alone 10 Hours! No, your Company is not work/life balanced if your workers give up their life 4 out of 7 Days!
