I need advice on how to go about taking a day off next week Yes, I probably sound dumb but please hear me out, I have an event with my girlfriend's family next Saturday and need to take the day off work but have just used all my holiday for this side of the year If I request it off, I will most likely be denied, but I really want to be there for them.
