A job interview should be about the potential employee asking the questions and not the other way around. The employer only see you as an asset and needs to know that you can do the job.

However, the employee is much better of knowing what they’re getting into. Who their boss is as a person, how they treat their staff, what is expected of one, and if it’s worth the trouble (what the pay is). They don’t give a shit about you. You don’t give a shit about them — but you want to know who they are and see if they’re worth your time.
