My family is a landlord, they have been renting a house out for HEAVILY below average costs in the area, despite making the house so cheap, they still live very nice lives due to their rent and jobs,
Despite renting the house out cheaper, they’ve actually made about as much of they were to rent out the house at average for the area, this is because people of the are stalk about the house, the price and the kind landlords, and the tenants they get are very kind and usually cost them little to no extra expenses
Not only is the average landlord an asshole, but he’s an asshole for no real reason.
