A new supervisor got promoted to Assistant Manager and they weren’t going to tell me.

The company I work for is Notorious for promoting people for bullshit reasons. I've been with the company on 3 different accounts in 5 years starting from a General Helper to a supervisor. A supervisor who started after me in a different unit has got promoted to Assistant Manager and they have been keeping it swept under the rug for as long as possible. This supervisor not only is their first job, Has an education in something totally different from our line of work but has been working closely with the General Manager/Manager who miraculously “resigned” opening up his position when we all know he's just getting his own account somewhere else. The supervisor (new Assistant Manager) is promised 36+ hours a week while I'm barely scraping by with 29 hours. I've called HR. Never heard back. I'm 100% convinced it's racially motivated because the GM and her Manager are…

I'm 100% convinced it's racially motivated because the GM and her Manager are the same nationality as supervisor, it has also been favoritism this entire time and I'm stressed the fuck out because of it.

I want to leave but I need more experience because I've only been a Supervisor for 10 months so far.

Is there literally anything I can do? I love my job, I hate management – they've had two supervisors leave in the last year since we've had a new GM for the reason of Favouritism with this supervisor who started in December.
