In all manner of speaking, American’s cannot immediately do a general strike. We are overworked, underpaid, short of staff and we have no support system. It doesn’t matter your education level, work ethic, or line of business. Which means we can have a greater impact if only a few key people just step back and stop.
Planes can’t fly without ATC, docks stop running without crane operators, trains cant roll without engineers, and products stop flowing when we lose forklift operators.
If we know what to target, a small change can cripple everything. It’s easier to convince a small amount of people to step back if they know they have complete support.
What positions would a minor loss have major consequences? Losing sanitation would cripple water. What else does that, and who else can we help?
