I started working at this e-commerce company last year and since then I’ve been doing good. Improving the stores sales by 53% and managing the stores.
It’s a small company of 15 people, and so far so good. But lately it’s becoming very unbearable. My boss yells at me and my coworkers almost everyday. It’s extremely frustrating.
I am on salary and lately I’ve been getting hints and suggestions to change my
Salary to hourly because I want to have my full lunch break ( I work 40 hours a week ) and also late night messages from my coworkers about what I did wrong at work or what I didn’t do.
And the worst part of it is that my boss belittles me, it’s a mostly guys in my office so it’s a lot of “ guy talk “ and unfortunately I get ignored whenever i speak my voice. Or I even feel nervous to speak my mind because I’m afraid of getting yelled at.
I can not take it anymore but I need this job.
