I'm so exhausted of all this job and political drama going on. I am a Retail Store manager and I'm applying for a second job. I tried to take out my 401K, but I would have ended up with pennies against all the fees and penalties I'd receive. I just couldn't do that. I can't. Ridiculous!! I was going to sell my shares of stock but again, I can't be that guy to my group who is trying to prove a point with complete market manipulation. So, A second job is my only option, and I will work a job I don't want to, to get where I need to go in this world and some people need to learn that. I'm about to be homeless, so trying to be an adult is just not working for me it seems. I have more debt growing daily and boss states it would be a conflict of interest, just like going to school and getting my Degree was. Well, I don't think it is quite fair that, my staff gets paid the same amount as me. Now I understand wages are low, food costs more, everything costs more!! So why I am doing 5x the work and they get my wage or raises? They dont have anywhere near the responsibility, or work load, so where is my raise in money? Store Managars are getting the short end of the stick!! So now why, or I am the bad guy for thinking why is person been here for a year and getting the same amount as me? I can't change jobs or the bank will deny me the money I need to buy/build a house. This couldn't be more of a fluffed up time and place to be alive. And every where I go short staff, short staff, flipping ridiculous…
It's a complete mess that some of us are over worked, some of us can't seem to get work, and a whole blue blazes of other things….and corporate changes our hours for the better life of the coworker. HA! Now you just give me less time, less employees and the same amount of work,…admit it, u are pinching pennies, it's not about my work and home life balance. It's never was!
