A strategy to escaping Capitalism for humans

So I’ve been thinking about what our goals should be long term and how to accomplish them. I personally believe that within a few generations we could easily transition away from capitalism and the fiat money system to replace it with something much more fair and sensible. Here’s my own personal take on a possible strategy in 7 steps. Step 1. The Movement: The first step is getting everyone on board. There’s about 8 billion people (now) but only a few hundred are actually calling all the real shots and a false hierarchy reinforces this. We’ve been conditioned to think we don’t have power but humans decide what we are doing always and that should include input from everyone in some form or fashion. After all, we’ve helped build all of these riches we’re surrounded by. We have to get at least %50 of all humans to understand what power…

So I’ve been thinking about what our goals should be long term and how to accomplish them. I personally believe that within a few generations we could easily transition away from capitalism and the fiat money system to replace it with something much more fair and sensible. Here’s my own personal take on a possible strategy in 7 steps.

Step 1. The Movement:

The first step is getting everyone on board. We have to get at least %50 of all humans to understand what power we actually have so we can shift the dynamics back. People keep their nose to the grind and suffer so much that many never fully awaken to the horrors of all the many forms of oppression happening. That’s why we have to talk about it more and more! The COVID lockdowns have helped get the ball rolling here. Many are realizing the value of their time and what actually matters in life.

Step 2. Organize unions:

Many people aren’t unionized right now. We need to help change that through campaigning, assistance programs, and union to union communications.

Step 3. Create Mega Unions:

Unions need to band together and form “mega unions” which will give workers more leverage and have socio-political impact.

Step 4. Elect Union Members:

We need to elect these union members into positions of power and leadership within our government bodies and also within the structures of the companies in as many places as possible.

Step 5. Unify More Mega Unions:

The mega unions can continue to join a giant network of unions which will cover a plethora of goods and services.

Step 6. Socialize:

Socialize all unions and redistribute equity to be shared amongst all employees in the network of mega unions via legislation. This will mean all people who work in one of these industries will have access to a certain amount of the goods and services they are part of within that giant network. For example, the guy who bakes bread can get free soup from the soup workers, free auto service from the auto workers and free clothes from the clothing workers. Your labor IS your payment and each union member is allowed equally distributed amounts for themselves and their families. This is a shift from finance driven to community driven. Participation means showing up for not just yourself but for others. It’s no longer about competition and there is no overlord to to bark at you about productivity. Just a democratic union and elected committees to help with oversight to prevent issues and help employees deal with issues.

Step 7. Implement New Universal System:

Eliminate money and implement this structure into all essential goods and services so that all workers of any job can have anything they want and people who can’t work or chose not to can also be provided for. Working should just provide extra benefits at this point as an incentive like access to more goods or something. This should also be the point where our government structure has shifted, with more insiders, to be more integrated with the network of union owned industries which will assist in the further development of a new type of society.

Please let me know what you think or if you have any ideas as well.
