This post is just a rant, and nothing else. Call me a whiny little shit. Don't care.
One of the senior managers at my ClientCo set up a Friday evening dinner meeting. 6.30 PM.
First off – Fuck you for setting a Friday dinner meeting.
I decided to deal with it because the manager says he is extremely busy and blah blah blah. I figure he probably is.
It's now 8.30 PM in my time zone, I'm seated at this restaurant dick a dickhead, and he is still 'on his way'. For the last 1.5 hours.
I have decided to take home a bite, skip this meeting and bill the client anyway.
If they raise an issue, fuck them. I'll find another client. Time for supposed “senior managers” to stop treating their contractors like shit.
