Hi, I’ve requested absence leave from work for this week and next week but it’s been denied. (For context I only work part time Sundays and Monday)
I’ve requested time off because I’m going to stay with family over the half term holidays as it’s my birthday next Tuesday, I’m planned to go see them from tomorrow until June 5, and then I need to go into college on the 6th for an assessment.
And just in general I’d like a break to myself, I cannot stand that place at one bit, and they’re so unorganised, for the first month they didn’t know what my shift days were even though I literally wrote down the days and even sent them an email about it.
I’ve even told them at the start of the month when they asked me what my plans were for this half term, they didn’t even show me how to request days off until last week either.
What should I do about this?
