I am being threatened with termination for attendence when no attendence policy was given. Still haven't gotten a policy just a final warning. What should I even do? Edit: forgot to mention they are making me sign an e-document with agree or disagree. Unless I sign and agree I am sure I will.be terminated. I need to have an income and finding a job is hard.
