My 90-day performance review was today and my supervisor said both of the following things:
- I handled stress very well.
- I was too emotional and should consider seeing the on-site counselor.
What I gather from that is that she just…didn’t want me to have emotions that she didn’t approve of.
So I guess I’ll be taking my well-composed ass to another job. 🙂
