Hey everyone! I hope you all are having an excellent day. I strongly agree morally with the general opinions of the sub (anti humiliation tactics by employers, a livable wage, capitalism sucks, etc.). I'm a relatively new addition to identifying as “left” politically and was wondering if some folks might be willing to give me some hard statistics that support these ideals (particularly the idea that most wages are underpaid and that minimum wage isn't livable). I definitely agree with them, just honestly want some hard numbers to fall back on in an argument if that makes sense (sources would be greatly appreciated as well). Attempting to do some research of my own while posting this.
