Accenture study shows onsite office workers feel LEAST connected and RTO (return-to-office) is bullshit

“CEOs hellbent on getting workers back in the office say that being physically together boosts connectivity. Turns out that’s not the case.” Consulting firm Accenture released a study this week: 22% of fully remote workers say they feel “not connected”, but for those who work in the office, the percentage is nearly double that (42%). And while just 1 in 6 workers feel “strongly connected” at work (lol), on-site employees feel the least connected of all. Show this to your management next time they push their “wE aLL nEEds tO Be bACK in teH OFFice so WeEZ CaN feelz ToGEthER!” agenda.
