I live in a very cold state in the USA I've been on the workforce since 2010 never got a job that offered any vacation time of any paid time off until 2020, after 10 years of working and job hopping. Because I have an infant that doesn't have the covid vaccine, and because of covid, I didn't actually end up getting to use PTO in 2020, and barely used any in 2021. Now its 2022 and I have so much vacation time saved up, and really want to go on vacation this summer, but with inflation and everything getting so expensive, including airplanes, hotels, gasoline, that I can't even afford to travel. It sucks.
I've been working for at my job for 13 months and was told I could get a raise after 12 months. That raise never came. I'm now looking for another job and still bugging my boss for that raise I should've seen a month ago
