ADA to thwart cube-farm

First I want to say that For the most part I enjoy my job and I’m pretty well paid for what I do. I wish everyone is in a position to say that. At some point in the next 18 months we will move into a new building from our awesome 60s era aluminum windows & exposed brick building. Key point: old school building = old school layout; everyone has an office with a door. Super-corporate (overseas) has decreed we are a modern company and despite Covid plexi-glass screens on conference tables and everywhere in the US head office, our new office will be open plan cube farm with exposed, painted utilities blah blah blah and a bucket under your desk to piss in. I’ve already told our local top boss (who hates cube farms) that if I get allocated a cube in the bullpen I will be submitting a request for accommodations under the ADA for an office space because I have ADD/ASD (diagnosed & medicated).

Now to my question. Has anyone a) done this and b) been successful? I want some key points I need to hit in my request that cannot be argued.
