Advice: do you think this violates a standard non-disparagement agreement?

For Glassdoor: Pros: “There are a lot of great folks working there. It is a remote company. They do not violate labor laws. It is based in the US. Checks don't bounce.” Cons: “This is not a phenomenal employer. They are not exceptional when it comes to compensation or advancement. The leadership in particular is not outstanding. The CEO's vision is not the best, and their knowledge of how key departments function is imperfect. None of the above phrases are intended or have the effect of disparaging XXXXXX, because, well you know.” Advice for Management: “An even better CEO would be beneficial.” 1/5 stars
