I'm in manual labor and have been for 14 years. As of late my work load has increased significantly. Usually in good spirits but as of late the older guys at my job are leaching the life out of me. I.e. Letting the younger workers perform 90% plus of all the labor and getting paid better. This amongst hygiene and safety concerns. Any advice is appreciated.
