Would absolutely anybody be able to help me figure out if I’m grasping at straws? I think I was wrongfully terminated and this last employer is preventing me from getting new jobs left and right. My problem, I signed an work at will document which was brought back up when I was terminated. I signed it and put the date HOWEVER the manager signed it seemingly day of termination and did NOT date it.
Now when I was in school I got out of a class that had required a summer assignment and when I tried to get out they said you signed the contract and in fact I hadn’t signed it at all.
Would the manager not signing the date make the contract invalid? Making me not an at will employee?
