[Advice Needed] How do I turn down a job I’ve already accepted?

I was let go from my last job in January of this year. I spent months looking for work, sent out hundreds of applications, and got nothing. About a month ago I finally got a job offer to work abroad in august. The job sucked. The salary was insulting. It’s not what I want to do. But a shit job that pays bills, is better than no job. A week ago I got another job offer abroad. This one is amazing. The salary is actually really good. It’s exactly the type of work I want to do. And it’s where I want to work. But now I have the problem of rejecting the first offer. I’ve already signed a contract with them. They’ve already sent me the visa required documents. But I don’t want it anymore. What do I do? P.s. A week ago I got another job offer abroad. This one is amazing. The salary is actually really good. It’s exactly the type of work I want to do. And it’s where I want to work. But now I have the problem of rejecting the first offer.

I’ve already signed a contract with them. They’ve already sent me the visa required documents. But I don’t want it anymore. What do I do?

P.s. Im not from the US, and the jobs are in Asia, so US law doesn’t apply.
I also want to at least be professional, because although the job offer sucked, they were the only ones that would have me for the longest time.
