So, to lay out the situation. I have been working 2 hours from home, which I was okay with as I have a company gas card, car and paid hourly. Everything has been going smooth up until this weeks pay stub I notice I'm missing about $300. So I ask my boss what's going on with my pay, im told I was changed to being paid BY THE JOB. I have a 47 hour and a 50 hour check coming up I was counting on that is now what? Completely dissolved? I didn't get any notice of my pay being changed. This was Completely scummy in my eyes. I wouldn't drive this far being paid by job, I would've stayed in my area and done more jobs rather than driving for hours and hours… what should I do to try to get paid my overtime hours I worked? Am I completely screwed out of my money?
