Advice on scheduling with pregnancy
So long story short, I just found out I'm pregnant last week, and preeeeetty significantly. I'm 8 months, didn't know because I was on birth control, had no symptoms, and I'm still not really showing. As much as i would like to quit working until after i give birth, thats not an option financially.
Anyway, I told my team leader, and she put out the schedule for a couple weeks from now, and she's switched me to mornings doing the load. By then, I'll be 9 months. How do I approach this? I asked one of the Store Assistant Managers and they said there's no accommodation paperwork I need to fill out, but out of the entire team, sticking the 9 month pregnant lady on load is really messed up. What are my options? I've been the closer since I started last year, and this new schedule came out after I told her.
