Like the title says, my boss and his wife are routinely showing up sick and getting us all sick. They are salaried so they get the time off, paid. We get shit and have to catch up our work when we get back if we get time off at all. I just don't know how to approach this. It's a small town and my job is decent, pay is… better than some I guess and hard to beat around here. I can't quit or threaten to quit but I gotta do something. I just want to brain storm with you guys for a minute.
