I work for a large corporate machine that is losing business at a rapid rate after merger, and it’s time to exit.
My side hustle is a start up and can’t take me on full time yet but it’s a better title for my 25+ years of work experience.
The hustle knows about the corporate machine but not the other way around.
Applying for positions listing both current jobs seems risky; that the machine could somehow find out about the hustle.
At the same time, my work product + experience is worth the better opportunities, what to do?
