I feel like I’m being used by recruiters but I can figure out why. I go through all these hoops, go through 10+ interviews in a month for companies then end up not getting the job all while the recruiters/interviewers are telling me “how great of a candidate I am” I just got another rejection email, but it was from a company I thought I had it in the bag for. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, I don’t know why companies keep leading me on. My self esteem is so low
