All of this… all of it… due to no unions and not voting. Have you ever noticed how companies will send out a memo or state in their employee handbook that something applies except in CA, MI or some other states? It’s because those states have laws that protect workers.

Corporations take advantage of every molecule of legal protection afforded them, they will NOT do the “right thing” or the “moral thing”. We need more street smarts, there are more of us than there are of them… but they have the killer instinct, we need it too and for force employee protections: Get rid of NDA’s for non executive jobs, all employees get sick and vacation days, you can’t be fired for taking a sick day, companies must publish salaries, everyone (even salaried employees) get paid for working off hours, free healthcare for all. We can have these things, we need to demand them and VOTE. These killers who are the bosses laugh at us.
