Post title says it all-
ALL publicly traded companies should have mandatory unionization of their workforce. Perhaps set a salary/wage limit that is directly tied to REAL inflation, not the governments CPI scam. For example, any employee earning below $250,000.
Any company planning to go public should be required to unionize their workforce. Any company that is already traded publicly should be given a set amount of time (6 months, for example) to fully unionize their employees.
