I don't why I didn't honestly. Today I went in an gave a notice that I wouldn't be able to make it tomorrow. Needed a day off and they literally victim blamed and laughed at me, trying to worked me back into the schedule when I need to get checked out. I felt so embarrassed and almost humiliated for just being a human. I was so thrown off guard, it didn't register that my boss was actually talking to me the way they were. Sorry that I need time to myself? Sorry you can't do your job properly and hire more employees or learn basic empathy?
