Basically I’ve worked at a major hospital since November. First hospital job and I work as a nursing assistant. My manager has always been super nice and even dropped my hours when I needed to for school without hesitation. I got to set up the one day I work (12 hour shift on sundays. I hate my job. I hate it hate it hate it. I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into because I’ve never had a hospital job, but I know now it is not for me.
I have my two weeks notice written up, I just have to email it to my manager, but I feel so bad for doing so. Am I a bad person for quitting already?
