My daycare job is understaffed and already we had a few teachers call out for vacation. Since so many people are out my director decided to cut back our break time to 30 mins/45 mins. The email said 45 mins but for one of the days I work it’s cut to 30 mins when I work full time and always get an hour lunch break.
