Hello guys this is my first time posting here so let's keep this story short and focus on the main 'problem' i'm having.
After working different sectors for the past 6 years (mainly sales, customer service and a lot of different jobs in construction) , i feel like 0 cells in me want to go search for jobs and work. My experience with work in general we're always positive, the boss was very happy with me and co workers loved me. Still i wasn't happy with this because i felt like the only reason i have this is because i'm not being myself… Co workers talked about shallow things and have these unrealistic and rude way of treating each other while in the meantime i'm just being friendly and doing my thing as best as i can. Also i hate mismanagement so much which to the point i give my superiors good advice which gets rejected and gets implemented a few months later…… Which let me to realise i really need to just work for myself and find a team which have the same work positive attitude as me. So what are my best ways of starting my own 'business' with almost 0 capital. All options/opinions are open for consideration since i have nothing to lose anymore.
TL;DR – Can't take it anymore working for someone else and want to start on my own
