Everyday I show up on time, prompt, ready to work. I’m in IB. It’s a tough job with no lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, I mean the conditions are barely humane. But it’s what I enjoy and what I chose. AMA for punching out when my day is officially done? I mean once I’ve met the required amount of hours. I go home and work out, eat, shower, live my life. I value this time to myself a lot. My boss and work climate make me feel guilty for this “behavior”. AMA??
