It's probably time to start another revolution. Employees need to be paid a livable wage, not be overworked so that they can't enjoy life young, be treated like assets in the workplace instead of expenses, and not be treated like machines. Company authorities need to realize that a relationship with an employee is a 2-way street and should be treated how they want to be treated. Should offer everyone a fair benefits package too, with healthcare/dental/mental services, and not just 2 weeks of time off per year. Should there be a strike? Probably. I wouldn't mind seeing congress or the government forced to make a change to look out for there “fellow Americans”. Not to mention student debt or homelessness.
