Has anyone ever had a co worker who just constantly irritate and annoys you?
One time I had a co worker of mine who he happens to be a Christian religious man and he just wouldn't stop approaching me while I'm working talking about Religion. He always kept coming at my table during lunch break and brings up about the topic.
And another scenario, one of the merchandises happen to accidently fell off of my cart and I said ” F**K! ” and he just goes on and on and kept lecturing me. Sure, I shouldn't have said that but using profanity is a common word we used though when we make a mistake on something. I ignored him and chose to distance myself from him as he wouldn't leave me alone and was like ” see! you're walking away! “.
But thank goodness he was GONE. I heard that he got into a heated dispute with one of the coworkers and was bringing up about his sons and then he lashed out at him after he kindly and respectfully told him to leave him alone as he didn't want to further engage into the conversation but he kept pushing it. After that, the christian guy told my boss that he QUIT and left.
Gosh, He made me so UNCOMFORTABLE and I'm sure he made everyone uncomfortable as well. And not only that he was very rude and disrespectful when something doesn't meet up to his expectations. I also witnessed that he blatantly yelled and shouted at one of my co workers who was an elderly Chinese man after he asked him for a favor on something but it was not granted. I'm sure it wasn't intentional for him to ignore but probably just a miscommunication as he wasn't sure what exactly he needed so he has a habit of telling people OFF in a rude fashion for not getting things his way.
You don't talk to people like that.
To be honest, I didn't want that co worker to be there and thankfully he was gone as I didn't like being bothered while I'm working.
