Another reason why they want employees back in the office

So an agent made a complaint about me. I entered a few things wrong on the report I emailed them and called my manager confused about these items. Instead of calling me into his office, my manager decided to come and berate me at my cubicle where not just our department is but also other departments. They can all hear the conversation. So unnecessary but I guess it gives then a sense of power to embarrass their employees.
