I have been working from home for over two years. My manager lives in a different state from me and my teammates are scattered across the country. They are forcing most of us to go to the nearest office and work from there 3 days a week.
I keep asking why we have to return if we won't even see our teammates or manager in person. What's the point? They keep saying its for collaboration and corporate culture. I am so frustrated. I love this company but I hate that they are forcing me to do something so stupid.
I have enough PTO to take three days a week off for a couple months. Seriously thinking about doing it.
