So I work for a construction company in Alabama that has about 60 employees and as far as I know there is no HR. I was hired a little over three months ago along with a friend of mine. I was never told who was in charge of HR despite asking. My friend let it slip that I am Jewish and as a result I have had a litany of holocaust jokes directed at me. I don’t have any recordings but several people have witnessed it. It’s construction in the south so just telling my superiors isnt something I feel comfortable doing. I generally think HR os a joke but i wondering if I can possibly sue the company. I don’t really feel safe at work anymore. I’m looking for another job but I kinda just wanna fuck with them for being racist assholes.
