Anti-WFH company policy

So I keep reading about companies wanting to end WFH. I dont understand why though? This is just my average joe understanding on WFH from a business owner perspective. WFH generally reduces cost because less expenses on office operations. According to posts, WFH increases productivity because there is no additional stress from commuting. Im directing this post to the business owners that has WFH lurking in this sub. Why end WFH?
