I work in an office building with several other companies, and I’ve noticed a a weird thing with two of the new offices being built/redesigned. Both are removing access to outside views?
One office is now set up so only the smaller offices/meeting rooms have windows, while the main area does not. So I guess management are the only ones allowed to look outside.
The other office was already in sort of a basement, but had an entire wall of windows, the new construction completely covered all of the windows and replaced them with a solid wall. What the hell??? Why is this a thing?
