I know its not as bad as in the US but honestly in the EU its a complete shitshow as well in terms of raises.

I upped my salary five fold in the last couple of years.
Salaries are in nett earning per month.
2018: 900 euros **
**2019: 1300 euros
2020-2021: 2000 euros
2022: 2400 euros
NOW: 4700!!
They gave me a promotion and tried to lowbal me, two weeks later i bailed and doubled my salary. Wish i could take a picture of their faces.
When will companies understand that 5% increases are nothing… esspecially with inflation now.
