TLDR: I want to hear from leaders! How has the antiwork philosophy changed your leadership style and workplace culture?
Hello r/antiwork i had a guttural reaction when I first came across the subreddit but as I looked deeper I realized there are many improvements to be made in western job culture and leadership. I would like to learn from business owners and leaders in the subreddit who used the antiwork philosophy to improve the conditions of their subordinates. Both what changes you implemented and how it effected the culture. Thank you!
